- 導體直流電阻符合GB/T 12527及GB/T14049規(guī)定。
Conductor DC resistance shall meet the stipulation in GB/T 12527&GB/T14049.
- 絕緣電阻符合GB/T 12527及GB/T14049規(guī)定。
Resistance of insulation shall meet the stipulation in GB/T 12527&GB/T14049.
- 0.6/1kV成品電纜經(jīng)受交流50Hz、1min、3500V的電壓試驗不擊穿。
Cable with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV shall pass the AC voltage (50Hz、1min、3500V) test without breakdown.
- 10kV普通絕緣成品電纜經(jīng)受交流50Hz、1min、18kV的電壓試驗不擊穿；
General insulated structure cable with rated voltage of 10kv shall pass the AC voltage (50Hz、1min、18kV) test without breakdown.
- 10kV輕薄型絕緣成品電纜經(jīng)受交流50Hz、1min、12kV的電壓試驗不擊穿。
Light-duty thin-insulation structure Cable with rated voltage of 10kV shall pass the AC voltage (50Hz、1min、12kV) test without breakdown.
- 使用特性 Operating characteristics
- 電纜敷設溫度應不低于-20℃。
The temperature during cable installation shall not be less -20℃.
- 電纜導體的最高長期允許工作溫度為：PVC、PE絕緣70℃，XLPE絕緣90℃。
Maximum long-time permissible operation temperature：
70℃，for PVC and PE insulated；90℃，for XLPE insulated cable.
- 短路時(最長持續(xù)時間不超過5s)電纜的最高溫度為：PVC絕緣160℃，PE絕緣150℃，XLPE絕緣250℃。
Maximum temperature when cable is short-circuited (lasting not more than 5 seconds)：
160℃，for PVC insulated；150℃，for PE insulated cable；250℃，for XLPE insulated cable.
- 電纜的允許彎曲半徑：1kV電纜：電纜外徑D小于25mm者，應不小于4D；電纜外徑D為25mm及以上者，應不小于6D。
Allowable bending radius：Cable with rated voltage of 1kV：It shall not be less 4 times the cable’s outer diameter when the cable’s outer diameter is less than 25mm; it shall not be less than 6 times the cable’s outer diameter when the cable’s outer diameter is more than or equal to 25mm.
- 電纜的允許彎曲半徑：10kV電纜：單芯電纜不小于標稱外徑的20倍；多芯電纜不小于電纜外徑的15倍。
Allowable bending radius：Cable with rated voltage of 10kV：Single cable: shall not be less than20D;Multi-core cable: shall not be less than 15D(Note: ’D’ is the cable’s outer diameter).
